Tacos Don Jose: Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Longmont, CO

Great spot in longmont and lunch and breakfast burritos rock !!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! N

We thought this spot was a different taco spit down the street. Good thing we made that mistake since this spit has the best Lengua north of Denver we think. From Texas and wife's family from Mexico. We have had enough tacos to know when one is good. Indeed visiting again.

Must be present to experience this restaurant. Best service and best food in Longmont! My go to dish is the Huevos Tacos Don Jose Estilo followed by the Huevos Rancheros with Red & Green Sauces. Best kept secret in Longmont.

yummy and authentic Mexican food! They were packed full but even then it did take a hot minute to get our food, once we did it was worth the wait. everything was delicious especially the beans and rice, they didn't taste like they'd been sitting like some Mexican restaurants. Definitely will come back

Fantastic food. Had the Tamales smothered with the works. So freaking awesome. Best tamales I have had in a long time. My granddaughter got her food right away. But it took a bit of time to get my food but so worth it. Had to wait some more for the flan but sooo good. TV was a bit loud but we just moved to another table. We will go back.

We have been going here for a few years now. It's always delicious hot and ready. They speak English and Spanish not just Spanish. They're always friendly. You can order and pick up. The restaurant is clean and big with a lot of seating bathrooms are clean as well. I like this place and will be coming back.

Got tres tacos; carnitas, lengua, and asada... Delicious and totally authentic. Served in fresh double corn tortillas w plenty of cilantro and onion, and a nice generous lime wedge. Both rojo and verde house salsas were quite tasty as well

The green chili saga continues! And possibly ends. The company I now work for has an office in Longmont, so on a day I was there they took me to Don Jose for lunch, and my world was completely ROCKED! Of course, as I do at any Mexican restaurant, I ordered green chili. Thick chunks of pork that completely melted in your mouth and a broth with the perfect amount of spice without being overwhelming. I came back to Denver raving and demanding we make the trip to Longmont so my husband can try it himself. A must if you're in Longmont, and honestly worth the drive if you're not!
